How It Works

Step 1 — Your timer starts The 22-business-day clock begins when your order is confirmed and any custom sizing details are finalized. We don't penalize you for sizing back-and-forth.

Step 2 — We monitor every shipment Our logistics team tracks every package across every carrier. If your tracking shows late delivery beyond Day 22, we initiate compensation automatically.

Step 3 — Automatic refund Within 24 hours of confirmed late delivery, you'll receive an email confirming your compensation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

What's Excluded

This guarantee covers delays we control. The following situations don't qualify:

❌ Customer-caused delays — incorrect addresses, refused packages, address corrections after dispatch, failure to respond to sizing questions for 24+ hours
Customs delays — clearance times in your destination country are outside our control ❌ Force majeure — extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, pandemics, government actions
Pre-orders or back-ordered items — clearly marked at checkout with their own delivery estimates
Express shipping orders — express shipments are governed by their own carrier-issued delivery commitments

In most cases, you don't need to do anything. We monitor every order and process compensation automatically.

Q: My order has multiple dresses. What if one arrives late? A: The clock stops when your last dress is delivered. If any dress in your order arrives after Day 22, the compensation calculation begins.

Q: Is this really cash, not store credit? A: Yes. Refunds go directly to your original payment method — credit card, PayPal, or whichever payment processor you used. No store credit, no gift cards.

Q: What about peak wedding season? A: Peak season (May-October) and Chinese New Year (late Jan-Feb) may extend production by 3-5 days. Order timeframe is still covered by this guarantee, but we recommend ordering 6-8 weeks in advance for these dates.

Q: My wedding is in 4 weeks. Can I count on this? A: Yes — most orders arrive within 3 weeks, leaving you 1 week buffer for fitting and alterations. For weddings within 4 weeks, please email us before ordering for a written delivery commitment.

Q: What if my custom-size dress needs alteration after delivery? A: This guarantee covers original delivery only. For sizing adjustments after delivery, see our Size Guarantee — we reimburse $20 for local alterations.
