At BUQIQI, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and convenient checkout experience. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods available when you place an order through www.buqiqi.com.

1. Accepted Payment Providers

BUQIQI accepts payments through Airwallex and PayPal.

Airwallex processes eligible card payments, digital wallets, bank transfers, local payment methods, cash-based payment methods, and Buy Now, Pay Later services. PayPal payments are processed separately through PayPal.

You may also complete your purchase using PayPal where it is displayed as an available payment option at checkout. PayPal payments are securely processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal's applicable terms and eligibility requirements.

Important: Not every payment method listed above is available in every country or for every order. Some methods are limited to specific countries, currencies, devices, banks, or customer eligibility requirements. The payment options displayed on the final checkout page are the payment methods currently available for your order.

3. Payment Processing

Payment is required when your order is placed.

Eligible card payments, digital wallets, local payment methods, and bank payment methods are securely processed through Airwallex. PayPal transactions are securely processed through PayPal.

BUQIQI does not directly collect or have access to your complete card number, card security code, or PayPal login credentials.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional verification, such as a one-time password, identity verification, or 3D Secure authentication, before approving the transaction.

Once your payment has been successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

4. Prices, Currency and Additional Charges

All product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be displayed before you submit your order.

Your payment will be charged in the currency displayed on the final checkout page. If your card or payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fee.

Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, or payment-provider fees are determined by your bank or payment provider and are not collected by BUQIQI.

BUQIQI does not add undisclosed payment processing fees to your order.

5. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize BUQIQI and its payment service providers to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.

An order is not considered successfully placed until the payment has been authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily hold an order if:

  • The payment cannot be authorized;
  • The billing information cannot be verified;
  • Additional payment verification is required;
  • The transaction is identified as potentially unauthorized or fraudulent;
  • The selected payment method is unavailable for the order;
  • The product price or checkout total resulted from an obvious technical error.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Declined or Failed Payments

A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, card restrictions, transaction limits, security verification, regional restrictions, or limitations imposed by your bank or payment provider.

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Confirm that your payment and billing information is correct;
  • Confirm that your payment method supports the checkout currency;
  • Contact your bank or payment provider for further information;
  • Try another payment method displayed at checkout.

BUQIQI cannot override a payment decision made by your bank, Airwallex, PayPal, or another payment provider.

7. Pending and Duplicate Charges

In some cases, an unsuccessful or interrupted payment attempt may appear temporarily as a pending authorization on your account. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge and is normally released automatically by your bank or payment provider.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order number and relevant transaction details.

For your security, please do not send your complete card number, card security code, online banking password, or digital wallet password by email.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order. We cannot normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or payment method.

After BUQIQI issues a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the original payment method, bank, and payment provider. Processing times may vary.

Eligibility for returns and refunds is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Payment Security

Payments are handled through established third-party payment providers, including Airwallex and PayPal. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect your order and transaction information.

You should never send your complete card number, card security code, PayPal password, digital wallet password, or online banking password to BUQIQI by email, contact form, or social media.
