At BUQIQI, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and convenient checkout experience. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods available when you place an order through www.buqiqi.com.

1. Accepted Payment Providers

BUQIQI accepts payments through Airwallex and PayPal.

Eligible card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported Buy Now, Pay Later payment methods are processed securely through Airwallex. PayPal payments are processed separately through PayPal.

2. Supported Payment Methods

The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your country or region, billing currency, device, browser, and order eligibility. The payment options displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for your order.

Apple Pay and Google Pay may allow eligible customers to complete checkout quickly without manually entering card details. Availability depends on your device, browser, card issuer, and location.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Eligible customers may see one or more of the following payment options at checkout:

Afterpay
Affirm

Buy Now, Pay Later services are provided by the relevant third-party provider and are subject to its own eligibility checks, terms, and approval requirements.

PayPal

You may also complete your purchase using PayPal where it is displayed as an available payment option at checkout. PayPal payments are securely processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal's applicable terms and eligibility requirements.

3. Currency and Payment Processing

Payment is required when your order is placed.

Our checkout supports transactions in multiple currencies, including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, HKD, and SGD. The currency applicable to your order will be displayed on the final checkout page before you submit payment.

If your card or payment account uses a different currency from the checkout currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fee.

BUQIQI does not add undisclosed payment processing fees to your order.

Eligible payments are securely processed through Airwallex or PayPal. BUQIQI does not directly collect or have access to your complete card number, card security code, or PayPal login credentials.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional verification, including one-time passwords, identity verification, or 3D Secure authentication, before approving the transaction.

Once your payment has been successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize BUQIQI and its payment service providers to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.

An order is not considered successfully placed until payment has been authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily hold an order if:

The payment cannot be authorized;
The billing information cannot be verified;
Additional payment verification is required;
The transaction is identified as potentially unauthorized or fraudulent;
The selected payment method is unavailable for the order;
The product price or checkout total resulted from an obvious technical error.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Declined, Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments

A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, card restrictions, transaction limits, security verification, regional restrictions, or limitations imposed by your bank or payment provider.

If your payment is declined, please confirm that your payment and billing information is correct, contact your bank or payment provider, or try another available payment method at checkout.

In some cases, an unsuccessful or interrupted payment attempt may temporarily appear as a pending authorization on your account. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge and is normally released automatically by your bank or payment provider.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order number and relevant transaction details.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order. We cannot normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or payment method.

After BUQIQI issues a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the original payment method, bank, and payment provider.

Eligibility for returns and refunds is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Payment Security

Payments are handled through established third-party payment providers, including Airwallex and PayPal. Airwallex supports 3D Secure authentication for eligible card transactions to help protect against unauthorized use and fraud.

For your security, please do not send your complete card number, card security code, PayPal password, digital wallet password, or online banking password to BUQIQI by email, contact form, or social media.
