Can I order one dress to test before buying for my whole group?

Yes — we encourage this. Order one sample dress in your preferred color and size. If you love it, place additional orders within 7 days for the rest of your group and we'll match the same dye lot. Can I customize the design of a dress?

For most styles, you can customize:
- Length (long, tea-length, short)
- Sleeves (long, short, sleeveless, spaghetti straps)
- Pockets (optional — select at checkout, no extra charge on most styles)
- Custom size (free, made to your measurements)

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, within 24 hours of payment: update size, color, or shipping address, or cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, partial-refund tiers apply (see our [Return Policy](https://www.buqiqi.com/pages/return-policy)). Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer discounts for group orders?

Yes — Buy 3 or more dresses and get $40 off. This applies to any group order: bridal parties, prom groups, graduation cohorts, or any coordinated event. Free shipping also applies to orders over $160.

How do I choose the correct size?

Take your bust, waist, and hip measurements with a soft tape measure, then compare to our [Size Chart](https://www.buqiqi.com/pages/size-chart). If you're between sizes, choose the larger size — alterations are easier to take in than to let out.
Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes, free of charge. Provide your bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements, and our tailors will craft your dress to fit your exact body shape. Custom sizing takes the same time as standard sizing.
What sizes do you carry?

Standard sizes 0 to 30W (including plus sizes 14W-30W across most styles), plus free custom sizing to any measurements you provide. We accommodate petite, regular, and tall heights through custom hollow-to-floor measurements.
What if I'm between sizes, plus size, or petite?

This is exactly what our free custom sizing is for. Choose the custom size option at checkout and enter your measurements — your dress will be made to fit you at no extra cost.
What if my dress doesn't fit perfectly when it arrives?

Our 15-Day Size Guarantee has you covered. Take the dress to any local tailor for adjustments and we'll reimburse up to $20 for alterations within 15 days of delivery — just email us your receipt. Will all the dresses in our group order match in color?

Yes — we guarantee the Same Dye Lot for all dresses ordered together. Place all orders within 7 days of each other, or note "Same Group - [Group Name]" in your order notes (e.g., "Same Group - Smith Wedding"). We'll cut all dresses from the same fabric batch so they match perfectly in your photos.
Will the actual color match the website photos?

Slight variation can occur due to different monitor settings and lighting. To see your exact color in person before ordering, we strongly recommend ordering [10 free fabric swatches](https://www.buqiqi.com/pages/swatches) shipped to your door.
Can I get free fabric swatches?

Yes — order 10 free fabric swatches and we'll ship them to you within 3-5 business days. We recommend this before placing your full order, especially for color-critical group events like bridal parties, prom groups, or graduations.
What fabrics do you offer?

How do colors look across different fabrics?

The same color name will look slightly different in chiffon versus satin versus velvet, because each fabric reflects light differently. Chiffon appears softer and lighter; satin looks richer and more saturated; velvet has the deepest tone. We recommend ordering swatches in your preferred fabric to see the exact color.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast will I get my order?

Total delivery = production (2-7 business days) + shipping (5-15 business days for the USA) = 9-22 business days. Most orders arrive in 12-15 business days — about 3 weeks.
Will my dress arrive in time for my event?

Yes — we guarantee delivery within 21 business days from order and sizing confirmation, whether for a wedding, prom, graduation, gala, or any special date. If late by even one day past Day 21, we refund $5 cash per day to your original payment method (capped $30 per order). Real money, not store credit. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. If your event is within 4 weeks, select "Rush Order" at checkout (additional fee applies) or email support@buqiqi.com before ordering — we'll confirm production capacity and provide a written delivery commitment for your specific date.
How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $160 (USA standard). Standard and expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. International shipping varies by destination.
Do you ship internationally, and who pays customs?

We ship to over 50 countries, focused on the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Mexico. Some international orders may incur customs duties imposed by your country — these are the customer's responsibility and not included in your order total. For unlisted countries, email us before ordering.

What's your return policy?

Standard sizes: 15-day returns from delivery date (unworn, unwashed, with original tags). Multi-item returns are subject to restocking fees, and customers cover return shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

This is on us. Email support@buqiqi.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll provide a free return shipping label and offer either a full refund (including original shipping) or a free replacement.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, depending on timing:
- Within 24 hours of payment: full refund
- 24-72 hours: 80% refund + shipping fee
- 72-120 hours: 50% refund + shipping fee
- After 120 hours: shipping fee refund only
- After shipment: cannot be cancelled

Quality & Product Details

What's the quality like?

Every BUQIQI dress is made by our own tailors in our own factory in Suzhou Industrial Park, operated by Suzhou Luolandi Wedding Dress & Formal Wear Trade Co., Ltd. since 2014. We use premium fabrics, reinforced double-stitched seams, hidden zippers, and finished hems. Every dress is inspected before it ships.
Are dresses lined? Do they include built-in bra cups?

Yes to both — every BUQIQI dress is fully lined and includes built-in bra cups (typically light to medium support), so you can skip the strapless bra. For dresses with low backs, please check the product description.
Do dresses come with pockets?

Pockets are optional on most styles. Select the pocket option at checkout — there's no extra charge on most dresses, though some intricate styles may have a small fee.
How do I care for my dress?

- Hand wash or dry clean only (do not machine wash)
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron on low heat or steam
- Hang to dry away from direct sunlight
- Store in a garment bag
