Welcome to BUQIQI. The website located at www.buqiqi.com (the "Site") is operated by Suzhou Luolandi Wedding Dress & Formal Wear Trade Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Throughout these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), "BUQIQI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company, while "you" and "your" refer to any person who accesses or uses the Site.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, including its information, features, tools, products, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using any part of the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site or Service.
1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing the product, size, color, customization details, shipping address, and order total before submitting an order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that occurs through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Products and Availability
Products may be available exclusively through the Site and may have limited availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or decline an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory, production capacity, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or legal requirements.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, images, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Actual color appearance may vary because of fabric texture, lighting, photography, and screen settings. Return eligibility remains governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Made-to-order, custom-size, custom-color, personalized, and READY TO SHIP products are identified through the applicable product information and policies on the Site.
4. Prices and Payment
Product prices and the applicable currency are displayed on the Site. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other amounts, when applicable, are displayed or calculated before payment or described in the relevant policy.
Prices and promotions may change before an order is submitted. A price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except when there is an obvious pricing or technical error. If an error affects a submitted order, we will contact you and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Orders and Cancellations
An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including inaccurate order information, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, inventory or production limitations, delivery restrictions, unauthorized resale, or legal requirements.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will notify you using the contact information provided with the order and refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order.
Customer-requested cancellations are governed by the cancellation terms in our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Production or processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, customs, and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, address, or other conditions outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return eligibility, the return-request period, non-returnable items, return shipping costs, restocking fees, damaged or incorrect items, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item needs to be replaced with a different size, color, or style, follow the return process and place a new order.
8. Accuracy and Corrections
We make reasonable efforts to keep material product, price, promotion, availability, shipping, and policy information accurate and current. We may correct typographical, technical, or administrative errors when discovered.
If a material correction affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer and handle the affected order as described in these Terms and the applicable store policy.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, designs, icons, and software, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
10. User Submissions
If you submit a review, photo, feedback, suggestion, or other content through the Site or to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or the rights of another person.

A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
