Production & Processing Time

Production or processing time is the time between order confirmation and shipment. It is separate from the carrier delivery time shown under Shipping Methods.

Dispatch time: Within 48 hours

Important: The 48-hour dispatch time applies only to products displaying the READY TO SHIP 48H label on the product page at the time the order is placed. Products without this label follow the standard 2-5 business day production time.

Shipping Methods

Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched. The rates and delivery estimates listed below apply to all countries and regions supported at checkout. The destinations and shipping methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Delivery: 4-10 business days

Cost: $15.00 USD

Free Standard Shipping: All supported destinations on qualifying orders of $160.00 USD or more

Express Shipping

Delivery: 3-5 business days

Cost: $30.00 USD

Free Standard Shipping is applied automatically to all supported destinations when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $160.00 USD or more. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, Standard Shipping is $15.00 USD. Express Shipping is $30.00 USD. The destinations and shipping methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided for the period after dispatch and are not the same as production or processing times.

Please allow additional time when ordering for a fixed event date, including time for fitting or alterations. Carrier, weather, customs, address, or other conditions outside our control may affect the actual delivery date.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, please check your confirmation email and verify the item details, size, and shipping address.

When your order ships, we will send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. An address change may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, contact us for assistance. Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is sent again.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International shipping availability depends on the destination. Enter your complete shipping address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is supported and which shipping methods are available. The Standard Shipping and Express Shipping rates and delivery estimates described above apply to all supported destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Customs clearance may affect the final delivery date. Please contact your local customs authority for country-specific information.

Delayed, Lost, or Delivered Packages

If tracking has not updated, the estimated shipping time has passed, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the shipment information and assist with the next available step.
