How Our Orders Work
Every BUQIQI dress is made-to-order. Our tailors craft each dress specifically for you, which means the total time from order to your door is:
Total Delivery = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production Time
2-7 business days for all dresses, including standard sizes.
Production time depends on the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship and current order volume:
• Simple A-line styles: typically 2-4 business days
• Beaded or embellished styles: typically 5-7 business days
• Custom-size dresses: same time as standard, no extra wait
• Peak season (January-April): production may take an additional 3-5 days due to high volume
We recommend ordering at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for delivery, fitting, and any alterations.
Shipping Time
United States
International (UK, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and other countries)
Shipping time and cost vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address.
For destinations not listed, please email support@buqiqi.com before placing your order for a delivery estimate.
Total Delivery Timeline
Most orders arrive in 12-15 business days. The 22-day mark is our worst-case estimate accounting for customs and peak season delays.
For orders within tight deadlines, please contact us before ordering to confirm production capacity.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you place your order:
1. Within 24 hours — You receive an email confirming your order details. Please verify shipping address and sizing.
2. When production starts — You'll receive a production confirmation email.
3. When your order ships — You'll receive a shipment notification with tracking number.
To better serve you, please provide a valid email address at checkout and check your inbox regularly for any updates.
Shipping Address Requirements
We can ship to:
✓ Residential addresses
✓ Business addresses
✓ Apartment/Suite addresses
We cannot ship to:
✗ P.O. Boxes — please provide a physical address
✗ Military APO/FPO addresses
✗ Hotels (delivery may be refused)
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please update it before your order ships, or contact us at support@buqiqi.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
If your package is held by customs:
• Pay any required clearance fees promptly
• Failure to pay may result in the package being returned or destroyed
• We cannot refund orders held by customs due to customer non-payment

Packaging
To minimize shipping costs and protect your dress:
• Each dress is packed in a waterproof bag
• Multiple-item orders ship together when possible
• Eco-conscious packaging where available
• Original yellow return tags attached for return eligibility
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
Production and shipping times may be extended during:
• Chinese New Year (typically late January-mid February)
• Major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Peak wedding season (May-October)
For weddings during these periods, we recommend ordering 8-10 weeks in advance.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, track your order:
1. Click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
2. Or log into My Orders on www.buqiqi.com
3. Or contact support@buqiqi.com with your order number
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier.
Late or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond our estimated delivery time:
• Up to 5 business days late: Normal carrier variation, no action needed
• More than 5 business days late: Email us; we'll contact the carrier
• Confirmed lost in transit: Full refund or replacement at your choice
• Carrier marked delivered but not received: We help file a claim and reship if claim is approved

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My wedding is in 6 weeks. Can I order in time?
A: Yes, but please contact support@buqiqi.com first to confirm production capacity and choose expedited shipping. We'll provide a written delivery commitment.
Q: Can I expedite production?
A: Limited expedited production is available for an additional fee. Contact us to inquire.
Q: What happens if my address changes after ordering?
A: Email us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped, we can update the address. After shipping, address changes are at the carrier's discretion.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We currently ship to over 50 countries. Enter your address at checkout to see available options. For unlisted countries, email us.
Q: What if I'm not home for delivery?
A: Most carriers leave a notice and attempt redelivery. For high-value orders, we recommend signature confirmation.
