Will all dresses in our group order match in color?
For the closest color consistency, we recommend placing all dresses in one order. If your group is ordering separately, place the orders within seven days and add “Same Group – [Group Name]” to the order notes.
Will the color look exactly the same as it does on my screen?
Color appearance may vary slightly because of fabric texture, lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
If an exact color match is important, we recommend ordering fabric swatches before purchasing. Please visit our Fabric Swatches page for the current swatch options, pricing, and availability.
How long will it take for my order to arrive if I order today?
Estimated total delivery time includes both production or processing time and shipping time.
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days for production + 4–10 business days for shipping = approximately 6–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days for production + 3–5 business days for shipping = approximately 5–10 business days
Products marked “READY TO SHIP 48H” are dispatched within 48 hours. The applicable shipping time begins after dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier, weather, customs, address, or other conditions outside our control.
What's your Return Policy?
Eligible standard-size items may be returned within 15 calendar days after carrier tracking shows the order as delivered.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original yellow return tag attached. Return authorization is required before sending an item back.
For customer-initiated returns, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns from orders containing two or more dresses are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Custom-size, custom-color, personalized, modified, and Final Sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
