Unboxing & Refreshing
Due to long-distance shipping, your dress may inevitably have some creases. Here's how to restore it to its full glory.
Steam, Do Not Iron
Most of our fabrics (satin, chiffon) are suitable for gentle steam ironing. If you must iron, use the lowest silk setting and place an ironing cloth between the iron and the garment.
Hang to Breathe
Remove your dress from the packaging immediately upon receipt. Hang it using the safety rings (not just the straps) to allow the skirt to drape naturally.
Satin
Avoid direct water splashes during steaming. Handle with clean hands to avoid oil stains.
Chiffon
Extremely delicate. Keep away from sharp jewelry or rough surfaces to avoid snagging.
Sequins & Beading
Spot clean only. Do not iron directly — high temperatures may melt the sequin coating.
Velvet
Use a soft brush to restore the nap. Steam iron from the inside out. Never iron directly.
The Big Day Emergency
Tips 01:Removing Wrinkles
Hang the dress in the bathroom while taking a hot shower — the steam will naturally smooth them out.
Tips 02: Stain Removal
For small stains, gently press with a clean, damp white cloth. Do not rub — blot only!
Tips 03:Anti-Static
Lightly spray the lining with a spray bottle or use an anti-static agent to keep the dress flowing and beautiful.
Post-Wedding: Cleaning & Storage
Professional Dry Cleaning Only —To protect delicate fibers and fine hand-cut details, we recommend professional eco-friendly dry cleaning.
Store in a Cool, Dry Place —Store the cleaned dress in a breathable cloth garment bag. Avoid plastic bags or direct sunlight to prevent yellowing over time.
