Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the correct size?
We highly recommend referring to our [ Size Chart] before placing an order. Please take your measurements for bust, waist, and hips, and compare them with our guide. If you find yourself between sizes, we generally suggest choosing the larger size, as it is much easier for a local tailor to take a dress in than to let it out.
Do you offer Custom Sizing?
Yes! We offer a professional custom-made service. Simply provide your precise height, weight, and detailed measurements, and our tailors will craft a dress specifically for your body shape. Please note that custom orders are unique to you and are non-returnable unless there is a quality defect.
Will the dress color look exactly like the photos?
While we strive to display our colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings and lighting. To ensure the color is exactly what you envision, we strongly suggest purchasing our Fabric Swatches before placing your final dress order.
What is your "Dye Lot Policy"?
Due to the nature of the textile industry, minor color variations can occur between different rolls of fabric (dye lots).
Pro Tip: If your bridal party is ordering the same style and color, we recommend placing all orders within 24 hours or mentioning the "Same Bridal Party Name" in the order notes. This allows us to use fabric from the same dye lot for all your dresses.
Do you accept Rush Orders?
Yes, we do! If you are on a tight schedule, please select the "Rush Order" option at checkout (additional fees apply) or contact our customer support team to confirm if we can meet your specific deadline.
What is your Return Policy?
Standard Sizing: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.
Custom Sizing: Since these are made to your specific measurements, custom dresses are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Please note: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
